House Leaders

We have now completed the application and interview process for House Leadership students. Each House has now successfully recruited their teams. Thank you for all of those students that put themselves forward, difficult decisions were made due to an array of strong candidates.  

At DESC we feel that it is important for students to experience leadership opportunities, to learn the art of building relationships within teams, defining identities and achieving tasks effectively. It also provides an opportunity to learn to identify and display effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Our successful applicants are confident in their own abilities, responsible, encouraging, good at communication and can take direction well. The House teams looks forward to working with the newly appointed House Leaders.
