DHA Travel Declaration Form

As we approach the upcoming holidays, please be reminded that if you are planning to travel outside of the UAE, that children must have a negative COVID-19 test result (test taken within the UAE) within 48 hours of re-joining the school. Please also ensure that you complete the DHA travel declaration form. The first two fields on the form require you to insert the school name and the email address: [email protected]
